How to reproduce:
Enable workspaces (obviously :-) )
Open gedit on workspace 1 and totem on workspace 2
Go to workspace 1 and click on totem icon in the launcher, or super+tab to it,
or alt+tab if you enabled to show apps from other workspaces in the switcher
Expected result:
Unity switches to workspace 2 and focuses totem
What happens:
Unity focuses totem, but doesn't switch to workspace 2
