Attached a copy of terminal commands and outputs that Boot-Repair requested to be entered during the application of repair in order to upgrade BIOS boot to EFI mode booting of Ubuntu. As an observation previous attempts at using Boot-Repair to fix EFI mode boot of Ubuntu were alot more less successful. I suspect this was due to not actually rebooting Ubuntu in BIOS mode after installing BIOS mode to update the necessary files; "Warning: Fake initctl called: Doing nothing" and other troubles getting things to boot due to trying to install grub to existing ESP when booted using BIOS mode- most likely due to missing modules; packages and or dependencies!
