I understand this as a request to make OSS be compiled as a module for the 
current kernel, and made blacklisted by default (to avoid bother people who use 
ALSA).
Don't even know, as a bug triager, if OSS can be compiled as a module.
I also wonder what is that hardware that is supported by OSS without being 
supported by ALSA.
But I guess a kernel developer would know all this, so I am setting this bug as 
Confirmed.
