Public bug reported:

It seems the packaging for compizconfig-python is a bit of a mess. The
rules file contains a rule for a package that's no longer built, it
doesn't call dh_pythoncentral, and so the ${python:Depends} variable
never gets substituted, among other things.

It also ships useless static libs, and libtool files.
