Gnome gnome-power-manager 2.16.0
Gnome gnome-power-preferences 2.16.0

I am running a Ubuntu Edgy (up-to-date) on my desktop PC. If I run
gnome-power-manager from the command line then nothing appears. It just
exits silently with no errors. The gnome-power-preferences app is what is
giving the above mentioned bug.
