Public bug reported: On Ubuntu 13.10 as well as 13.04, the gnome3 gnome-shell timed background changing function causes weird transitions when going from one background image to another.
Say image 1 is showing and it's time to transition to image 2, I'll end up seeing a mashup of both images as if image 1 was super-imposed into image 2.
