I tried with saucy desktop build 20130902 / amd64 on an Asus UX32VD- R4030P, with secure boot disabled. Live Session, installation and system boot after installation went all fine. Note that I wiped all existing data on the 2 drives that comes with this machine and installed the system on the SSD.
