I will try manually setting the ssid to blank on the chipsets mentioned, and can try it on three additional cardbus cards I have as well --a dlink (atheros), a linksys (broadcom.. seems to work a-ok with networkmanager in ubuntu), and a Belkin (unsure on model/chipset).
When you say set it manually.. do you want me to do this through networkmanager (i.e. 'connect to a different network' or however it is wordered, then specify a blank ssid and attempt a connection), or via ifconfig/iwconfig? -- Wireless network keeps reconnecting (ubuntu edgy) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64173 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
