What I can say, this bugs seems to appear when after a commit and push from git plugin. Also with unbuntu 13.04 with I use ring switcher (from compizconfig rather tahn normal shift switcher), and this bug appens after multiple ALT+TAB applications switch. But since I've upgrade to M20130731-0800 it seems that this particular bug do not fire as often as it was before. It also could be partly solve by another update from open-JDK, or webkit, I don't know.
