But after updating to Saucy (and updating the bios, as you suggested), it was working perfectly in Saucy [1]. So I had a few weeks of bliss with perfect suspend/resume, and then this issue (it suspends first time, but then kworker goes to 100% after resume, and subsequent suspends fail).
