Just a quick report:

I downloaded Ubuntu 12.04.2. I couldn't reproduce my bug on this system,
everything looks fine.
(However I installed it on an USB-Stick, not my actual hard drive but this
shouldn't make any difference, I hope)

However I used Kernel "3.5.0-23".
But this bug was reported under Ubuntu 12.10, Kernel "Linux 3.5.0-17-generic
x86_64"

It seems like something else is causing this bug? Since the bug isn't there on
a higher Version.
I'll now try Ubuntu 12.10 and look if the bug is reproduce able at the bare
installation (without updates).
