Same way you would for secrets used by any other application: enter them again. This is an OS/desktop issue, not the responsibility of an individual application. Of course if you have decided to use cloud password storage like Sync then that would be your means of sharing secrets across machines. By the way Windows seems to have no general service comparable to GNOME Keyring or KDE Wallet or OS X Keychain.
