I have this with Ubuntu 13.04. If I install nemo-seahorse I can no longer open seahorse unless I kill seahorse-daemon before. Also I cannot encrypt (I haven't tried decrypt) any files from the context menu in nemo. I did notice that it replaced libcryptui0 with libcryptui0a, maybe this is the issue? Here are the versions I have:
