Public bug reported: When I open Muon Software Center, I get a warning that says:
---------- You are about to log in to the site "api.opendesktop.org" with the username "thomassisson", but the website does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you. Is "api.opendesktop.org" the site you want to visit? ----------- It does not appear to affect the actual functionality of Muon, but it is really @#$% annoying, especially since is does it FOUR times. This does not occur with muon-updater (Muon Update Manager), or muon (Muon Package Manager). This bug had previously appeared in Kubutu 12.10, where it prompted me three times, but it disappeared. It reappeared in Kubuntu 13.04, and remains even with a fresh install. ** Affects: muon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to muon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1203155 Title: Muon tries to log me in to api.desktop.org To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/muon/+bug/1203155/+subscriptions -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
