I can confirm this for Feisty. This is not a Bittorrent problem. It is general since it happens for every video file which is downloaded at the moment and which is shown in Nautilus. I have this problem with DownThemAll (Firefox plugin) too and the Thumbnailer uses 100% CPU and lets my fan run very loud. The easy solution is to close Nautilus but I think this shouldn't be needed.
