* Most mail-servers start on event runlevel 2-5 or started via init
scripts. Runlevel event is not emitted, until static-network-up event
(network configured) and since nslcd is kicked-off from network
configuration, nslcd will come up before staic-network-up/runlevel
events. Thus there are sufficient provisions to get nslcd running as
early as possible.

I am tempted to upload this into saucy and start testing it there, such
that there is enough time to stabilize these jobs before saucy release.
