Yes, I understand that that's not always the case. But how come whenever
I monitor the system performance when I play videos, it is quite
noticeable that the video utilizes a large amount of resource from the
CPU, when in fact it should use hardware acceleration from the video
hardware, not to mention the bumpiness on the window environment
whenever the CPU usage approaches 100%?
