Mateusz Stachowski, I can confirm the problem you reported, following the steps you provided.
The menu stops working even while on Print Preview mode. But there's one thing... If you wait for a while, say 5 seconds, the menu gets to work again. It looks like a kind of a "delay to reload" the Global Menu (I don't know if this makes sense, but that's the impression I get).
