Well, I have experienced exactly this and it still happens regularly
when I dont change timeouts. Interesting enough the problem seems to be
gone sometimes (rarely) after a reboot for some time but then I suspend
and change networks and when I come back the disconnects are there
again. In the worst case NM actually interrupts and reconnects about
once a minute which renders the connection basically unusable.

So, although I am glad for you that your problems have gone away, there
are apparently still some for a significant number of users.

Not true for everyone.

I think there is no fault whatsoever on your side. Although the original
intent of your report might have shifted somewhat due to the numerous
additional comments, there still IS a problem here that isnt fixed.

kind regards,
