Public bug reported: Installing Ubuntu 13.04 amd64 on a RAID level 0 (Intel X79 controller) fails everytime. Installer is unable to install grub onto RAID. Attempted to grub on another disk (2GB flash drive). This failed as well. Told installer to mount flash drive on /boot, grub-installer still failed.
