Public bug reported: To reproduce this bug, please do the following steps: 1) Open a new window (e.g. Nautilus) 2) Maximize the window 3) Click on the minimize button to minimize the window 4) Do not click anywhere after minimizing the window 5) Move your mouse to top of the screen (menubar), you can see that the menu and close/minimize/restore buttons are still here, while the window is minimized. -I think this is the first bug! The menu and buttons should disappear by minimizing the window. 6) Click on the restore button (while window is minimized) The window is restored now (unmaximized), but you can not move, close, maximize or resize it. To solve the problem, maximize the window by moving it using alt key and dragging it to the top of the screen.
