This works! Ubuntu with kernel 3.9.6. Thanks kendatsuba for the patch and G.Scoppino for the compile instructions.
I did however get a error when running make install. Seems for me that everything works, but I do feel that I have a more unprecise movement of the pointer when I am moving slowly. This is the error after running sudo make install: run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/postinst.d/dkms 3.9.6 /boot/vmlinuz-3.9.6 Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/apport/package-hooks/dkms_packages.py", line 22, in <module> import apport ImportError: No module named apport Error!
