On jbicha's request, I tested a Live USB of both 13.04 and the 13.10
daily build. The 13.04 image I used to reproduce the bug (successfully),
and the 13.10 image I looked at to check for a fix.

The 13.10 image I used (for 20130614) to install Ubuntu GNOME alongside
my current installs showed that the "Continue" button changed to
"Install Now," and the install process began immediately. I did not,
however, see the resize screen (the buggy one in the 13.04 Live image)
appear.

As for now, I will mark this as "Triaged," because we may or may not
need to see that resize screen working again, as per the ubiquity
developers for the Ubuntu GNOME Live image.
