Yeah, that's expected given that iw indicated you only have 11 channels available in the 2.4 GHz band. I posted a test build at http://people.canonical.com/~sforshee/lp1188400/linux-3.8.0-25.37~lp1188400v201306141308/ which has CONFIG_IWLEGACY_DEBUG=y in the configuration. Install this kernel and reboot into it with iwl4965.debug=0x40, then collect dmesg and attach it here. I'm fairly certain we'll find that the card you have is one that doesn't claim support for channels 12 and 13. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1188400 Title: Wifi channels 12 and 13 unusable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1188400/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
