@John, I assume you mean that it will display "More Suggestions" once someone types in something in the Dash for the Music scope.
For example, with nothing typed in, I wouldn't expect anything to be shown in "More suggestions" (really, nothing at all since it's a fresh system), but if a user were to type in "Rolling Stones", then "More suggestions" would be populated with music choices from the U1 music store.
