Well, don't get me wrong guys but there are much more important bugs than this which we call 'Critical Bugs' and I would love to see them fixed before 14.04 which is planned to be LTS release. BUT YES, this is a confirmed bug and Julien himself confirmed that on comment #5 :) I'm not 100% sure if this bug is also exist in 13.04? I hope it is not.
