I have a partial solution. First, the omega and lambda executables appear to have been replaced with aleph and lamed respectively. These executables do appear in the texlive-base package, and aleph and lamed appear to work for compiling the files in http://ctan.org/tex-archive/language/hebrew/makor.
Second, there is a serious error in the filenames in the makor package (this may not be the right forum for reporting it). As given in CTAN there is one bug: the file makor/fonts/type1/makor2/ezra/Ezra.pfb should be called ezra.pfb in lower case, when one is on a case-sensitive filesystem (such as Linux). So please consider this bug report closed. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1187078 Title: omega and lambda executables not found in texlive-omega To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/texlive-base/+bug/1187078/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
