Public bug reported: Binary package hint: exfalso
I recently upgraded my 6.06 installation to Edgy Eft testing using the Knot 2 CD, and it's pleasant to be able to use the newest software, and possibly help out the development by reporting bugs! There are problems with the current Ex Falso package. I have downloaded the same version upstream, and that works with no problem. When attempting to launch the application, I only get this: $ exfalso Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/exfalso", line 68, in ? main(sys.argv) File "/usr/bin/exfalso", line 61, in main w = ExFalsoWindow(SongFileLibrary("exfalso"), args[0]) File "/usr/share/quodlibet/qltk/exfalso.py", line 87, in __init__ fs = FileSelector(dir, folders=folders) File "/usr/share/quodlibet/qltk/filesel.py", line 240, in __init__ dirlist = DirectoryTree(initial, folders=folders) File "/usr/share/quodlibet/qltk/filesel.py", line 68, in __init__ folders = filter(is_folder, folders) UnboundLocalError: local variable 'is_folder' referenced before assignment It's most probably a just a minor bug, but Ex Falso won't launch as it is now. I'd give it a look, but I don't know Python (yet!). ** Affects: quodlibet (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- Ex Falso 0.23-1 won't launch https://launchpad.net/bugs/59075 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
