Sorry but I don't understand your request. The testing I had done on kernel 3.10-rc3 is found on comment 55 (28-May) in this bug report.
I did not go through all the procedure again for 3.10-rc4. I simply installed, tried the brightness controls which worked before putting to sleep. Put my laptop to sleep and woke it up again.
