See the screenshots that I posted on the freedesktop bugzilla. It turns out that this bug is actually just the way it displays on the find & replace dialog. There is an error in the screenshots but the principle is still demonstrated. I entered 13.3pt in the Size field but when I clicked ok, it was showing as 13pt on the find screen.
