It looks like the required version o python-pywapi isn't in the repositories. And I was unable to find a DEB package with a newer version. I have solved it for me by downloading the latest version of python-pywapi from its homepage and creating a DEB package from it by following the instructions at http://blog.garethj.com/2009/06/02 /building-deb-packages-for-python-applications/. I installed that DEB package of mine. That made the indicator-weather package upgradable, so I upgraded it via Update Manager, then I restarted indicator-weather by running this: "killall indicator-weather && indicator-weather &>/dev/null&", and now the Forecast finally works for me. There are 4 days in the forecast. Attached is the DEB package that I created, you are welcome to use it.
