Public bug reported:
Compiz on Geforce 2 MX 400.
Opening a new tab or switching tabs in Firefox with desktop effects
enabled occasionally causes the title bar to become corrupt (diagonal
"tear" line across title bar).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Firefox and open a new tab.
2) Switch tabs.
3) Keep switching and opening tabs until problem occurs
** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
