Public bug reported:
The twitter web app keeps turning the messaging icon blue with
notifications for tweets, turning the messaging menu icon useless (it'll
always be blue, so user won't notice messages or other activities that
were demanding attention).
In my opinion, it should turn blue only on replies and/or private
twitter messages.
