Public bug reported:

We need to make some minor changes to get lttng-modules-dkms to
build on the nexus4 (mako) on Raring.

a) Revert trace event modifications to realign these with standard
upstream and Ubuntu trace events.

b) Remove a modpost Makefile CONFIG_NO_ERROR_ON_MISMATCH which
is too exacting and we should relax this to align with standard Ubuntu modpost
settings.
