Ubuntu 13.04 still has the problem. im using ASUS PCE-N15, rtl8192ce driver. as Larry suggested, i've tried latest compat-drivers-3.9-rc4-2-su yesterday and selected new rtlwifi to install. at first it seems the new driver solved the problem, but connection is still very-very unstable and got lost every few minutes.
