That's an interesting bug, but you have the same versions for libvirt0 and python-libvirt, so that doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem.
Do you by chance have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to a path which contains an older libvirt library? What does 'env' and 'find /usr/local/lib -name "libvirt*"' show?
