I've finally managed to fix this by simply installing the newest version of bcmwl-kernel-source (6.20.155.1+bdcom-0ubuntu6) package.
Here's the solution step by step: 1. Download the package from: http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring/bcmwl-kernel-source 2. Reboot to non-working version of kernel 3. Install the package: sudo dpkg -i <package_location>.deb 4.
