The bug is exists in upstream kernel too. I've add kernel-bug-exists-
upstream tag.
I also try to make gspca_ov534.ko kernel module for both 3.8 and 3.9
kernels with ov534.c file taken from linux_3.5.0.orig.tar.gz file - in
this case the web camera works OK with both 3.8 and 3.9 kernels.
