Today I had one "resume" where the indicator-bluetooth correctly showed "bluetooth ON". So it does NOT occur in 100% of the cases. I put the machine to sleep again and woke it up again and the bug was there again. I made a screenshot to illustrate the effect. In sytem settings you can see that bluetooth is turned ON, while the indicator shows bluetooth OFF.
