Public bug reported:
The website getpersonas.com doesn't exist anymore. He redirect to
addons.mozilla.org now and apparently LibreOffice doesn't download personas
since this new location.
I observe this performance on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtails with LibreOffice
4.0.2.2 (Build ID: 400m0(Build:2)).
