I then solved my problem creating a new user and logging in Unity, so the problem was in my user configurations, gnome, unity, ecc. (sudo adduser myNewUser). There, with the new user I backed up some of the configurations present in the home of my old user and tried to log in with the old one and managed to do it. It was a bit hard, but the new Unity is really great.. :D
