After the latest update, I still cannot setup ibus. I used the
terminal and tried ibus-setup command and I got the following output:
(process:7076): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.
Traceback (most recent call last):

locale.setlocale(locale.LC_ALL, '')
