What kind of activity is ongoing to replace the faulty upgrade package
for Ubuntu 12.10/3.5.0-27 with the "blank screen behavior"?
I am running Ubuntu 12.10 on Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P9700 2*2.80 GHz with
Intel GM 45 Express Chipset.
