I have the same issue - on a desktop computer. This is a dump of some info from duel boot windows. Note: I am able to boot in a recovery mode if I select the Safe Graphics mode. My router does not indicate a live connection to the network card. Please indicate additional information to include to that I can help resolve this problem.
