The bug still exists on Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2)) The dots are ALSO visible the editor if anti-aliasing is switched off. (Tools->Options->LibreOffice->view->untick "Use anti-aliasing" I guess this means it is not the export mechanism that is broken, but instead something else causes the issue.
