Public bug reported:
1. while executing "sudo apt-get install audacity" the first time I got
a window with EULA for Microsoft terms/conditions, however the <ok>
btton did not work - I killed the window.
2. On re-running, I had to remove some locks using "sudo rm ..."
3. Then running "sudo apt-get install audacity" I got following errors:
