after reviewing this feature further and discussing with Mark, we have decided to not push to land it for 13.04 as we ran into an authentication issue and it couldn't be determined in time whether this is a client or server issue. As this feature is dealing with sensitive information (credit card) we are taking our responsibility to not putting users at risk. The feature will be further QA'd and will land in S as soon as it is deemed ready, we are still discussing whether to provide it via a PPA. An update will be available soon.
