Same problem with a fresh install of 12.04.02 & the new kernel 3.5: apport-gpu-error-intel.py, only ubuntu 2d works. My graphic card is a intel sandybridge. Before that, i had 12.04 with kernel 3.2 & ubuntu 3d was working fine.
