When I turn off desktop effects on a clean, fresh install of Gutsy Tribe
3, The window chrome is in odd places. In the attached screenshot,
you'll see that on large windows, the window decorations starts to the
left a good bit, and ends far from the right. However, on smaller
windows, you may not be able to see the left decoration because it is
too far over. Consequently, you won't be able to see the right
decorations either.
