Thanks guys! How can I find out when this will be backported to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS?
This error occurs to me with kernel 3.2.0-39 while it seems to work without problems with kernel 3.2.0-38 on my production machine - therefore I switched to the latter kernel for now. I came here via https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1160151 and this is how I am able to immediately reproduce the bug.
